With an average of over 10 years of research experience, our clinical staff provides our clients with a significant depth of knowledge in a wide range of projects. All clinical staff is GCP trained and CPR certified. ERF staff members provide skills and expertise in the following areas:

Alexis Chantal, PA-C
President, Executive Director, Sub Investigator
Undergraduate degree in the pre-physician assistant program at Lock Haven University
Master’s degree in physician assistant studies in 2004. She completed additional training in Dermatology in 2014 when she became a Diplomat in the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. Alexis now serves as a Physician Assistant for Cobb Dermatology.
Carrie Cobb, MD
Medical Director, Principal Investigator
Medical Degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine
Completed residency in dermatology at Robert Wood Johnson, Cooper University Hospital, where she served as chief resident in her final year. Following her training, Dr. Cobb joined a private practice in Annapolis, Md., where she worked until moving to Lynchburg in 2014. Six years later, Dr. Cobb, who is also a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, joined her sister Dr. Kristen Kuk in opening Cobb Dermatology & Aesthetics
